Since the house needs extra cleaning you need to respect
checking in and out times regarding the contract.

Important information for travelers to Sweden
EU citizens are allowed to travel inside Sweden without the previous two hour limitation.
Social distancing and hygienics are like everywhere else in EU.
Masks in public spaces are not mandatory.
Since the Swedish government allows all EU citizens into the country,
appreciate and act polite since everyone are welcome to the wonderful country, thank you for that.
If you travel to Sweden and need to enter a Danish border during travel, it is unfortunately very restricted still.
Please print out a copy of the rental contract to show the border control and you will be able to pass through.
Guests will have no access to the house before what is written in the contract and need to be respected carefully.
